30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All customer after-sales inquiries will be handled within 1–3 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear & Accessories (Face mask, Eye mask, Bra, Lingerie, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept sale items for returns.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us and provide your return shipping tracking number.
Once we receive the tracking number, your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days, free of charge.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility standards.


Return Conditions

  • Do not remove or destroy the security buckle attached to the clothing tag; removal voids eligibility for returns or exchanges.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept C.O.D. return shipments.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For “Buy More, Save More” and similar promotions, refunds will be recalculated based on the actual qualifying spend after returns.


Refund Processing Time & Fees

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within:

  • 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • If the refund is not caused by our error (e.g., no longer needed, wrong size ordered), a 7% transaction fee will be deducted.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product. We will assist with the exchange or refund process.


Responsibility

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
Please:

  • Pack your return securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Keep your proof of postage in case follow-up is needed.

We are not responsible for any tax or duty charged by customs offices.
If items are returned to us by mistake, we may ask you to cover the redelivery cost.
