All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China.

Shipping Destination：

We ship to the United States(oversea islands excluded).

Total shipping time=Processing Time+Delivery Time.So,orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days

Processing Time：Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time：Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 7–12 business days.

“Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time：Orders placed before 18:00 EST are processed the same business day; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 will be applied at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

If you are charged customs or import duties upon delivery, please contact us at jancesilk@outlook.com and provide a copy of the official customs receipt.

Once the receipt is received and verified, we will process a refund for the customs duties within 3–5 business days.
