1. Overview
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with the original packaging and all tags (including the price tag) attached.

2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Please email jancesilk@outlook.com to request a return. You must specify the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return. Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization from our team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 2: Packing the Item

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a receipt. Please securely place the item(s) in the original packaging and attach the receipt to the outer packaging.

Step 3: Shipping the Package

  • Please ship the package to the address we specify, which we will provide upon authorization. We recommend that you retain the receipt for your records.

Step 4: Refund/Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Conditions & Limitations

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with all original tags attached.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For reporting defective items or quality issues, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a quality issue on our part, we will address the shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance Items; Gift Cards; Intimate Apparel & Accessories (e.g., face masks, eye masks, bras, lingerie); Customized Products
  • Promotional Purchases: If your return causes the order value to no longer meet the original promotion's terms, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the updated order value according to the promotion's rules.

4.Important Notes

The customer is responsible for the returned package until it is received at our facility. Please pack items securely and use a trackable shipping service to prevent loss or damage in transit.

We are not responsible for refunding any customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery.
